Realme 6, Realme 6i, Realme X and Realme XT Get Android 11-Based Realme UI 2.0 Update

A little over five months have passed since the Realme 6 first began its journey towards the realm of Android 11, and Realme has kept pushing the update to more markets since. The Realme 6, Realme 6i, and the Realme X, and Realme XT are finally getting Android 11 and a new security patch in India. The software firmware version received by Realme 6 is RMX2001_11_C.12, Realme 6i is RMX2002_11_C.12 and Realme X is RMX1901EX_11_F.03.

Android 11 based realme UI 2.0 comes with new features such as an improved dark mode, digital wellbeing, a new private space to hide apps/files, an upgraded security shield, call blocklist, app permission security, payment service security, and all the new Android 11‘s security features. As always, Realme 6, 6i, and Realme X owners who are eligible for this update should receive an update notification at any moment, or they can trigger the process from the Software update section within the Settings app. Alternatively, owners in India can skip the wait by referring to realme’s firmware database, where they can download the new update — firmware version RMX2001_11_C.12 for the Realme 6 RMX2002_11_C.12 for the Realme 6i, and RMX1901EX_11_F.03 for the Realme X. — for manual installation.
