Realme Buds Air 2 Neo with ANC, R2 chip launched for ~$53 in Pakistan

While Realme is set to unveil a bunch of new products tomorrow in India, the company has now unveiled the Realme Buds Air 2 Neo in Pakistan. The new Buds Air 2 Neo feature ANC (Active Noise Cancellation), 28-hour battery life and the custom Realme R2 chip.

The Realme Buds Air 2 Neo flaunt a design pretty similar to previously launched Realme Buds Q. Recall that the predecessor, Realme Buds Air Neo, packed in the Airpods like a design from the Realme Buds Air.

One can connect the buds with their smartphones/laptops via Bluetooth 5.2. The buds support AAC and SBC audio codecs. The Realme Buds Air 2 Neo bring the goodness of ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) and ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) from the regular Realme Buds 2, with the help of the custom R2 chip.

As for the specifics, the earbuds feature 10mm, drivers, as confirmed previously by the teaser and are IPX5 splash resistant. The company further claims that the buds can avoid external noise using noise-cancelling microphones up to a level of 25dB.

There are the usual features: Transparency Mode, low latency gaming mode (up to 88ms), the usual Google Fast Pair, gesture controls, and support for customization via the Realme Link application.

Realme claims that the newly arrived buds can offer up to 7 hours of playback with ANC turned off on a single charge and about 5 hours with ANC turned on (without the case). Users can extend the battery life with top-ups to up to 28 hours with ANC trend on.

Finally, the Realme Buds Air Neo has arrived in two colours, namely Active Black and Calm Gray and have been priced at ₨ 7,999 (~$53/~INR 3,940) in Pakistan. However, there’s no confirmation about the first sale nor its availability in the global markets.
