A couple of months back, Realme unveiled the Realme Narzo 30A and the Narzo 30 Pro. Compared to the last generation, the series missed out on a successor to the Realme Narzo 20, which was said to launch later. The company recently put out a teaser for the Realme Narzo 30, and now we have an unboxing video on the Internet revealing its key specifications.
In an AskMadhav QnA Session, CEO Madhav Sheth confirmed that the successor of Realme Narzo 20 will launch soon. He added, “After witnessing the increasing demand for 5G smartphones and to match Realme’s strategy as a 5G smartphone leader, we’ve decided to work on another 5G version. So now, we will have Realme Narzo 30 4G and Narzo 30 5G launch together very soon”
As revealed by the video, the Realme Narzo 30 4G will feature a 6.5-inch 90Hz FHD+ LCD display with a peak brightness of up to 580nits. Under the hood, the device is said to be powered by the MediaTek Helio G95 (as revealed by Geekbench) and run on Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 out of the box.
The phone draws its power from a 5000mah battery that has support for 30W fast charging and can be recharged via a USB Type-C port. There’s a 3.5mm audio jack, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and support for Dual 4G Volte with a dedicated microSD card slot.
Build wise, the device will have a plastic back, measure 9.4mm in thickness, and weigh 192grams. As for the optics, the Narzo 30 4G packs in a rectangular triple rear camera module with a 48-megapixel primary and dual 2-megapixel sensors. On the front, it is said to boast a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.
