Realme’s latest mid-range smartphone, the Narzo 30A, has started getting a new software update. It improves the privacy and security aspects of the device. Right now, the new update for the Galaxy A72 is rolling out in a handful of countries, and we expect a wider rollout over the next few days.
The Narzo 30A has started receiving this update in India. The new software, which has firmware version RMX3171_11.A.19, includes the June 2021 security patch. According to the sources, the new security patch includes fixes for 47 vulnerabilities present inside the stock Android codebase and a handful of them found inside Realme’s own software.

If you are a Narzo 30A user in any of the countries mentioned above, you can either wait for the OTA update to arrive or manually check for the update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the latest firmware file from Realme’s firmware database and flash it manually.
The Realme Narzo 30A smartphone is also eligible for the company’s latest skin Realme UI 2.0, the company has confirmed. The phone will be receiving the Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 beta update in Q3 2021. The Narzo 30 Pro 5G’s update will tag along as well ( expected in the month of August or September).
