Realme X and XT gets New Software Updates with Improvements

Realme has started rolling out new OTA updates for the Realme X and the Realme XT with firmware version number RMX1901EX_11_C.09 for the Realme X and firmware version RMX1921EX_11_C.10 for the Realme XT. The new updates are based on Realme UI 1.0 and Android 10 and bring the Android security patch for December 2020 and January 2021.

The update also fixes the issue with cancel buttons that appear when the input box is clicked multiple times in the weather, the probabilistic issues of failure to open Bluetooth scanning, bug with photos cannot play HDR videos, crashing when entering the alarm details, and the probabilistic issue that VOLTE be registered. Do note that these updates are being rolled out in stages, so it may take a couple of days for everyone to receive the update.

For a quick recall, the Realme X features Snapdragon 710, a 6.53-inch AMOLED display, a 48-megapixel dual-camera setup, whereas the Realme XT packs in the Snapdragon 712, a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED Display, a 64-megapixel quad-camera array, and much more.

If you still haven’t received the update, head on to Settings -> About Phone -> Software Update to check for new updates.
