Realme’s flagship lineup of smartphones, the Realme X series, offers a serious bang for the buck, starting with the X2 Pro and now with the latest Realme X50 Pro 5G. The smartphone features a powerful Snapdragon 865 chipset, a 90Hz Super AMOLED display, up to 12GB of RAM, and support for 65W charging similar to the newly launched Realme 7 Pro. [August 27, 2021]: The Realme X50 Pro 5G is now receiving a new update with firmware version RMX2076PU_11_C.21, which brings the August 2021 security patch along with fixes for screen flickering, home screen, Bluetooth, and keyboard.
Security Integrates the July and August 2021 Android security patches. System Fixes an issue where the screen might flicker when you close apps in recent tasks. Fixes an issue with the gestures when you use third-party apps in landscape mode. Fixes an issue where you might be unable to enter Super power saving mode from the Quick Settings. [July 14, 2021]: The Realme X50 Pro 5G is getting a new update with firmware RMX2076PU_11_C.20, that includes fixes for the contacts app, the night mode, status bar, settings and more. It is also expected to fix all the bugs the users were facing.

November 5, 2020: Realme has started rolling out a new Open-Beta update for the Realme X50 Pro users with Android 11 and Realme UI 2.0 with firmware number RMX2076PU_11.A.37. Registered users can check by going into Settings -> System Update.

September 5, 2020: Realme has started rolling out a new update for the Realme X50 Pro 5G carrying the build number RMX2076PU_11_A.35 with the August Android security patch. The update brings new features such as smooth scrolling, super nighttime standby, and DC dimming, which can be found under the realme Lab section. Additionally, it adds an auto-scroll feature for scrolling screenshots and new toggles for OTG Switch and focuses mode in the quick setting notification panel.
